Website Maintenance Retainer Package
Our Website Maintenance Retainer Package is designed as a pre-purchase, easy and affordable solution to your virtual assistance needs.
Pre-purchasing a package allows you to utilise the number of hours each month for your website maintenance needs. Subscribing to the Website Maintenance Retainer Package gives you preferential client status and priority service delivery, not to mention lower costs (usual rate $45.00 per hour). These packages are ideally suited to those with ongoing regular website maintenance requirements.

Terms & Conditions:
- The website maintenance retainer package runs for a 12 month term from commencement date.
- We work on a minimum charge unit of 6 minutes (e.g. if using our standard rate ($45 per hour) the minimum you could be charged could be as low as $4.50).
- You will have the option of (a) paying by automatic payment on a monthly basis; (b) being invoiced at the beginning of each month or (c) paying the full 12 months in advance.
- Any charges over and above the retainer hours will be invoiced at the commencement of the new month.
- Any invoice issued for services rendered is payable upon receipt.
- Hours within the package are valid for the month only - not transferable to subsequent months.
- Anything over and above package is charged at our standard hourly rate (currently $45.00 per hour).
- You will be notified each week of how many hours are remaining for the month to keep track of.
- Two months notice in writing is required for cancellation of retainer by client.
- Retainer packages will be reviewed annually in March and changes (if any) will be advised effective of 1 April each year.
